This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you reach out through our website or through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to access or delete it.

By submitting an inquiry through any of these channels, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We only collect the information you choose to provide. When you fill out an inquiry or lead form, that typically includes:

• Name — so we know who we're speaking with, and the athlete's name for session planning.
• Email address — to reply to your inquiry and share session details.
• Phone number — to call, text, or confirm session logistics.
• Sport information — so we can prepare the right concept, styling, and setting for your athlete.
• Preferred callback times — so we reach out when it's convenient for your family.
• Your message or vision notes — anything you choose to tell us about the session you have in mind.

We collect this information from the inquiry form on this website, from lead forms you complete on Facebook and Instagram, and from messages you send us directly by email, phone, or text. We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
• Follow up at the callback time you requested.
• Discuss concepts, locations, and availability for your athlete's session.
• Confirm and coordinate a booked photography session.
• Send session confirmations, reminders, and delivery details for your images.
• Keep a record of our conversation so we can serve you consistently.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing.

A few trusted providers help us run this website and manage inquiries. They receive only the information needed to perform their service:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — lead forms submitted on our social pages are delivered to us through Meta's lead tools. Your use of those platforms is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
• Website and database hosting — stores inquiry submissions securely so we can follow up.
• Email and communications providers — used to deliver inquiry notifications and replies to you.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, arrange your session, and maintain our client records. If an inquiry does not lead to a booked session, we delete it or remove your contact details once it is no longer needed — generally within 24 months of our last contact.

Booking-related records may be kept longer where we need them for accounting, tax, or legal purposes. When you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active records as described below.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct something that is inaccurate, or to have your information deleted. Just email marlenalimanovstudio@gmail.com with your request.

We'll confirm receipt and act on verified requests within 30 days. If you would rather not be contacted again, let us know and we will stop following up and remove your details from our inquiry list.

Much of our work features youth and student athletes. All inquiries and session details for athletes under 18 should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, and the guardian may request access to or deletion of that information at any time using the contact details below.

This website uses only the basic technical functionality needed to display pages and deliver forms. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing data. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the date shown at the top. Continued use of the website or our forms after an update means you accept the revised policy.
